Rizzani de Eccher has been awarded its first contract in the Czech Republic for the construction of a Golf Residential Resort in a beautiful hilly location just outside Prague, designed by the prestigious international architectural firms Richard Meier & Partners Architects, Chapman Taylor and other brilliant Czech designers.
The contract, worth over 21 Million euros, is part of a larger real estate development implemented by London based fund, which will consist of an 18-hole PGA Tour Golf Course, a new residential village with prestigious shops and apartments surrounded by luxury villas fully integrated with the golf course. The project will also include in the near future a Six Senses Hotel&SPA, an equestrian center, tennis courts, restaurants and several other sports facilities to make it an exclusive resort for living, sports and leisure in the panorama of the growing economy of the Czech Republic.
